Where do we ship?
We ship to most countries across Europe and internationally. All orders are dispatched from Morocco with DHL Express.
For customers based in Morocco, orders are shipped locally via Chrono Diali.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your purchase is validated.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery in real time on the Colissimo website (colissimo.fr) or La Poste tracking page.
Important notes
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Victoria Renucci cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees applicable in their country.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility
We want you to love your Victoria Renucci piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags are still attached
• The item is returned in its original or equivalent packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at bonjour@victoriarenucci.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return
• Photos of the item(s)
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Victoria Renucci reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return conditions.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your contact email], including:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
